Doyon's D20 hydraulic dough divider gently and evenly divides up to 35 pounds of dough into 20 even pieces at a time. The round chamber minimizes the pressure on the dough, combining performance, speed and labor savings. Production is up to 4 times faster than dividing by hand.
- The D20 is contructed of a welded stainless steel frame. Covered in galvanized stainless steel plating on the exterior.
- The D20 is able to divide into 20 portions ranging from 2-28 ounces.
- The simplest operation. Load the dough, raise the plate and press the button to engage the knives and portion your dough.
- 2 hp motor allows for the hydraullics to divide through the stiffiest doughs without issue.
- The D20 measures 24" Wide x 27.5"D x 43.375"H.
- The D20 hydraullic divider rounder comes with a one year labor and two year parts.
