Our DRIP Series Roll-In proofers provide uniform maximum proofing with our unique air flow system, which precisely mixes heat and humidity to produce exceptional results. They're great for proofing croissants, bagels, pastries, breads, rolls and more!
- The perfect application for this unit is bakeries, commissaries, schools, and so much more. Perfect cost effective high production unit.
- Each unit ships with a 1/4" water line connection, allowing the unit to automatically produce humidity
- Full size view glass door allowing you to observe your proofs without having to open the door. Paired perfectly for the frosted glass light. Need a solid door not a issue either, we offer this as a option.
- Unit is constructed of aluminum saving you money but backed by the Doyon name in quality
- The DRIP1 can house (1) single section roll in style rack within its 25" wide by 31 3/4" deep chamber
- The DRIP1 comes with (2) year parts and (1) year labor
- The door ships either left hinge or right hinge based on how your application need
- Our unit can produce humidty up to 95% and able to reach a max temperature up to 110°F (43°C). Ideal to operate from 90°F (32°C) to 110°F (43°C) range.
