Divide and round dough up to 16 times faster than doing it by hand with Doyon's DSA semi-automatic divider rounder. You''ll get uniformity in portion size and shape every time. It's perfect for bakeries and commercial kitchens alike. The DSA series works best for dough with an absorption ratio or 55 to 65%. Seven models with portion capacities of 15, 22, 30 36 & 54.
