The JA Series Ovens have a unique and patented Jet Air system that bakes faster and more evenly without having to turn pans half way through the bake. The air moves in one direction, stops, then moves in the opposite direction, producing exceptional results. These ovens can bake or cook a wide range of products, including fan delay for delicate items. The steam injection system provides a precise mist for the best crusty breads, bagels, French baguettes and more!
- Each chamber of the JA6 has separate Ebake controls with 99 programmable recipes with 8 different baking stages.
- The JA6 is equipped to achive 500°F max, and preheats to 350°F in a matter of 15 minutes or less.
- The JET AIR fan system is unlike others, allowing for the motor to rotate on direction for a set amount of time. It will then come to a complete stop, Lastly it will resume spinning in the opposite direction.
- The SHOT and PULSE steam system that comes standard is top of the line. Perfect for the classsic bagel or crusty bread. 0.25" water line connection required.
