JAOP14G is known for its unique JET AIR SYSTEM. The air moves in one direction, pauses and then moves in the other direction resulting in a bidirectional and gentle velocity air flow for exceptional baking results. This system will help bake more evenly without having to turn pans during baking cycle.
- The JAOP14 measures 70"W x 53.325"D x 73"H. The interior oven chamber measures 25.5"W x 29.5"D x 28"H, and the interior proofer chamber is 26.25"W x 36.5"D x 55.5".
- The oven chamber has a capacity of (14) 18"x26" pan capacity and the proofer is (32) 18"x26" pan capacity.
- This model is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel exterior, and the oven interior is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel. The proofer chamber is manufactured of 20 gauge stainless steel.
- Every JA series unit features its patented bidirectional fan system. How this works is the fan spins one direction for 2.5 minutes. It will now stop for a few seconds and finally reverse for 2.5 minutes. Pushing & pulling air across the product.
- Doyons ovens are famous for their steam system. Every oven features the shot style injection system. In additional all models (excluding the JAOP3) pulse style steam system.
- Max available oven temperature is 500°F. Anything over 400°F we recommend the high temp gasket. The oven is able to reach 350°F in a matter of 15 minutes.
- Every Doyon oven comes with a safety door switch. What this entals is both the heating elements and circulating air motor will cut off when the door is open.
