The PIZ6G pizza oven is designed with Doyon's exclusive Jet Air technology with a reversing fan system for even baking. It features three baking chambers that can accommodate up to 18" (457 mm) pizzas. Individual solid doors provide access to each deck.
- Our PIZ6G is able to reach a max temperature of 600°F and able to preheat to 500°F in a matter of 15 minutes.
- Each PIZ6G is made of three compartments measuring 39 3/4"W x 25"D x 5 1/2"H. Giving you ample space to bake a variety of products. Each chamber has a separate door with a threshold measuring 40" x 5 3/4".
- Each compartment features a heavy duty nickel plated stainless steel decks.
- The PIZ6G ships standard 120 Volt, 60 hertz, single phase. While it does require electric the unit bakes in gas. The power is for the lights, controls, motor, etc.
- The PIZ is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel exterior, and 16 gauge stainless steel interior
- The PIZ6G is able to bake up to (6) 18" Pizzas at one time.
- The PIZ6G measures 47 7/8"W x 47"D x 36 1/4"H.
- The PIZ comes with one year labor and a two year parts warranty.
