The RAF100 Water Chiller delivers consistently chilled water for your custom bakery chilling needs. The on-demand potable water delivered by the RAF100 is critical to control the growth of yeast when making dough. Used in conjunction with a water meter, you can accurately deliver the amount of water needed at a precise temperature.

  • The RAF100 is fully constructed of 304 stainless steel inside and out.
  • Each RAF100 holds up to 26.4 gallons and can be connected to each other allowing for increased production capability.
  • The dimensions of the RAF100 are 19.6875"W x 22.4375"D x 53.125"D.
  • The water inlet size is 0.5" NPT.
  • The RAF100 comes standard in 208-240 Volt, 60 Hertz, Single Phase, 2.1 Amps, and with a NEMA 6-15P power cord.
  • The minimum capable temperature of the RAF100 is 35.6°F.
  • The RAF100 water meter comes with a one year labor and two year parts only warranty.
