  • Each RSRO2 rack is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel and is fully welded.
  • Our RSRO2-15 can hold (15) 18"x26" sheet pans or (30) 13"x18" sheet pans with a 4 1/16" shelf spacing.
  • This end load style rack is perfect for Doyon's SRO2 Series Rack Oven, Doyon KDP Knockdown Proofer, or Doyon's KDPR Knockdown Proofer Retarder.
  • Proudly manufactured in the USA.
