The SM302 slices quickly and produces uniform bread slices with a gentle clean cut. It's 9 times more efficient than slicing by hand, producing up to 240 loaves per hour!
- Our SM302 has the smallest foot print allowing for installation in all applications
- One you cut your bread move it to the top bagging shelf making bagging quicker and easier
- Each unit is standard with 2 year parts and 1 year labor
- Perfect for soft to medium hard breads from 15" long to 5" tall
- The SM302 produces a 5/8" thick cut which is a traditional sliced bread thickness, perfect for sandwiches. The bread found at your grocers.
- Do not worry about your safety each unit comes with a bread pusher helping guide the loaves down the chute and into your blades
- We are capable of slicing up to 250 loaves per hour which is much quicker then by hand, meaning your labor savings gets you to your ROI quicker
- This slicer is not design for Artisanal style crusty breads
