Doyon's gas Signature Rack Oven (SRO2G) is one of the best rotating rack ovens on the market. It's so versatile you can bake bread, pastries, pizzas, pies, meat, hamburgers and even veggies. It comes with a touch screen programmable control which features a high volume manual shot and constant pulse steam injection system.
- Doyon's SRO2G is constructed from the inside out of 18 gauge stainless steel.
- Our Doyon SRO1 Series Rotating Rack Oven can hold (2) single side load rack or (1) side load double rack, either like Doyon's RSRO2/RSROSL, or any of our competitors "B" style lift racks.
- Each SRO ships knock down standard, we can ship in one piece based on the site.
- Proudly manufactured in the USA.
- Our SRO is capable of lifting, suspending and rotating a total of 1,500 lbs.
- The SRO comes standard with (4) adjustable air channels allowing for adjustment of the air flow to perfect the delicate macaroon to the perfectly carmelized loin.
- Just like Doyon's JA & CA Ovens each SRO Rotating Rack Oven comes with shot and pulse steam, as well as fan delay, and (3) fan speeds.
- Doyon's Patented Moisture Evacuation System helps extract that extra moisture from the proofing cycle, or from the steaming cycle. Allowing for even browing and perfect crust development on your breads.
- Each SRO comes with a Type II hood (does not inlcude ventilation motor as this is to be done on site by your HVAC tech). Our hood can be modified to go from Type II to Type I. In addtion ask us about our bypass kit to connect to an existing hood.
