Doyon®'s CA6XG Circle Air oven features a removable rotating rack system with variable fan speeds for 100% uniform baking. The variable air speeds and steam injection system help produce soft sandwich style breads, quick breads, bagels, cheesecakes, cookies, pies and more! This oven delivers perfectly even baking with no wasted product and no pan rotation.
- Built to thrive in demanding kitchen environments, the CA6XG gas circle air convection oven features a durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a robust 16-gauge stainless steel interior.
- The CA6XG Series comes with a patented moisture evacuation fan system. Helps pull out excess moisture from the oven allowing temperature to recover quicker.
- Our CA6X & CA6XG are designed to hold up to (6) 18"x26" sheet pans with a 4" shelf spacing.
- The interior rack is simple to remove to clean around or service, and reinstall.
- The CA series oven is able to reach a max temperature of 500°F and preheat to 350°F within 15 minutes or less.
