Doyon®'s D20 hydraulic dough divider gently and evenly divides up to 35 pounds of dough into 20 even pieces at a time. The round chamber minimizes the pressure on the dough, combining performance, speed and labor savings. Production is up to 4 times faster than dividing by hand.
- Built to perform in demanding environments, the D20 combines a welded stainless steel frame with galvanized exterior plating for rugged durability and lasting value.
- The D20 is able to divide into 20 portions ranging from 2-28 ounces.
- The simplest operation. Load the dough, raise the plate and press the button to engage the knives and portion your dough.
- 2 hp motor allows for the hydraulics to divide through the stiffest doughs without issue.
- The D20 measures 24" Wide x 27.5"D x 43.375"H.
- The D20 hydraulic divider rounder comes with a one year labor and two year parts.
