The EVent® Open Canopy Hood™ is a self-contained ventilation system with an inside canopy width of 112” and an inside wall depth of 59”. It is designed for electric cooking equipment like a vertical char-broiler, fryers, griddles, woks, and combi-ovens. The system captures and processes cooking vapor, returning clean air to an occupied space. It features a stainless steel ventilation system with washable grease baffle, vaporizer, cyclonic, and particulate filters, with an advanced air filtration system that uses ozone and cyclonic separation. A UV absorption monitor ensures ozone levels stay below 0.1ppm, and a pre-engineered Ansul fire suppression system with electric fire detection assures continuous fire protection.
