The Chefmate by Globe GC512 manual slicer features a 1/3 HP motor and gear driven knife for slicing tough products like cheese. All food contact areas and removable receiving tray are stainless steel, which improves sanitation and eases cleaning. The knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning.
- 12" gear driven knife is engineered to provide consistent performance and reduce maintenance costs
- Powerful 1/3 HP, 4.8A high torque knife motor provides up to 6 hours of slicing per day
- Extended rod, end weight and chute can accommodate large product up to 10" in length
- Stainless steel parts include the knife, food chute, slicer table, knife cover, slice deflector, motor cover and removable product tray for enhanced sanitation
- Easy to access top mounted, removable metal knife sharpener, with dual action stones for a razor sharp cutting edge
- Knife cover interlock improves operator protection during cleaning and does not allow the slicer to operate with the knife cover removed
- Permanently attached knife ring guard helps protect the operator during cleaning, limiting knife edge exposure
- Slices from 0 to 7/8" thick without adding excessive wear on the motor
