"Bistro" refers to a small restaurant, but there is nothing small about the cooking power and options of this double grill! The GPGDUE10 is a double 10" x 10" grill with grooved top and bottom cast-iron plates, heavy duty, spring hinge with adjustable tension and the temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570 degrees F.
- Double grill features a grooved 20" continuous bottom plate and two independent 10" top plates allowing you to cook different items at once. Grooved surfaces create classic sear lines for enhanced visual appeal
- Rugged, seasoned cast iron grill plates maintain and evenly distribute heat for reliable performance
- Wires protected against damage in stainless steel tube to extend the life of the unit
- Durable spring hinge with adjustable tension
- Thermostatically controlled to reach and maintain temperatures up to 570°F, ensuring even heating and thorough cooking—allow 15 to 30 minutes for preheating before use.
