- Shreds 6–8 lb. cheese blocks whole—no pre-cutting required to fit in the 5" x 6" hopper
- Position switch ensures the hopper is properly engaged before operation to help prevent improper use
- Built-in overload protection with manual reset button helps prevent damage to the unit
- Durable stainless steel housing is built to withstand heavy use for long-lasting durability
- Tool-free disassembly allows for fast and easy cleanup
- Robust 2 HP, 230V, 1 phase motor features a high starting torque to quickly power through product
- 3/16" shredding plate included (XSP316-HD) with a variety of optional plates in additional shred sizes
