With traditional European design, large batches of dough are perfectly mixed by developing the gluten structure slowly and reducing heat caused by friction. Globe's GSM175 spiral mixer accommodates 175 lbs. and is backed by a 2-year warranty on parts and labor.
- A robust 3/4 HP motor turns the bowl at 27 RPM, while a dual-speed 2 HP / 4 HP motor spins the hook at either 115 or 230 RPM for ideal gluten development and high quality dough
- Dual 20 minute electronic digital timers allow automatic shift from 1st to 2nd speed
- Polished diamond finish stainless steel bowl accommodates up to 175 lbs. of product
- Reverse function temporarily sends the bowl into a clockwise rotation to fully incorporate product at the bottom of the bowl
- Bowl jog control allows easy removal of dough and bowl cleaning for a quicker batch turnaround
- Sleek white powder coating for easy cleaning and four casters for smooth mobility
- Reinforced dough hook easily handles large, heavy batches
