Powered by a variable-speed brushless motor delivering 3 ft/lbs. of peak torque and a patented auto-engagement system to prevent slippage, the S213A is for smooth, consistent slicing. The 13" carbon steel knife with a top-mounted sharpener keeps the edge dialed in, while dual speeds, selectable cut lengths, and a Clear-Text LCD interface with built-in diagnostics make for easy, repeatable results. The S213A also makes end-of-shift cleanup faster with anodized aluminum construction, removable components, and an integrated lift lever for easier access—backed by a No-Volt Release safeguard and a two-year parts and labor warranty.
