Driven by a variable-speed brushless motor producing 3 ft/lbs. of peak torque and a patented auto-engagement system to help prevent slippage in automatic mode, the SG213A is designed for smooth, consistent all-day slicing. A robust suite of intelligent interlocks including No-Volt Release, Carriage Interlock, Home-To-Start, Close-To-Stop, Home Return, and an adjustable Knife Time Out reduces risk and downtime. Operators will appreciate effortless handling of prosciutto, mortadella, bacon, and more with a large-capacity 50° gravity-feed carriage and patented meat, plus quick wash downs with the patented anodized aluminum design, removable components, and an integrated lift lever. A Clear-Text LCD interface with built-in diagnostics, counters, and a 4-hour cleaning notification keeps performance consistent and sanitation on schedule.
