With energy efficient insulation and evenly heated cooktops, these 15" griddles are great for light cooking in small spaces. The 1" thick stainless-steel griddle plate and 30,000 BTU U-style burners mean no dead zones or hot spots, so food is cooked evenly across the surface.

- Insulated double wall front and side construction with extended cool-to-touch front edge
- Stainless steel U-style burners provide heat control every 12" and flame every 6"
- Individual adjustable pilot for each burner with easy front panel access
- Durable, metal control knobs are secured with set screws
- Adjustable 4" heavy-duty, stainless steel legs
- Unit ships configured for natural gas and includes a liquid propane (LP) conversion kit with an interchangeable regulator
- 3/4" standard pipe size inner diameter connection
- Removable, easy-to-clean, stainless steel catch tray
