The 1/2 HP fan 1 speed motor creates high-velocity airflow for even, consistent cooking. The flow system ensures even heat circulation throughout the oven cavity, reducing hot spots and improving overall cooking performance. The snap acting temperature control ensures your dishes are cooked correctly.
The porcelainized oven interior not only promotes better browning but also easily wipes clean. The 40" (1016) standard depth oven features 50/50 doors that swing open to 130°. The stainless steel solid doors and aluminized side panel - offers durability and a professional finish that stands up to the rigors of daily kitchen use.
