Imperial’s 60" Wide Elements Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 10 cast iron 28,000 BTU burners. A large 5” (127 mm) landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable plastic control knobs provide solid handling, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. The cast-iron burners allow pots to slide easily from section to section. They also lift-off easily, and require no gaskets or screws—making cleaning and maintenance fast and hassle-free. Each burner includes a standing pilot for instant, reliable ignition.
Each standard oven provides 35,000 BTU's (10 KW) and the flame spreader distributes heat flow evenly throughout the oven. Each oven has a porcelainized oven bottom for easy cleaning and aluminized sides, rear, top and door lining, one chrome oven rack and accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.
