Imperial’s 60" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 6 cast iron 28,000 BTU burners with two standard ovens. A large 5” (127 mm) landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable plastic control knobs provide solid handling, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The ½" (12.7 mm) thick griddle features 15,000 BTU/hr (4KW) burners, each located every 12” (305) of griddle surface and includes a 3” (76) wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. The cast-iron grates allow pots to slide easily from section to section. They also lift-off easily, and require no gaskets or screws—making cleaning and maintenance fast and hassle-free. Each burner includes a standing pilot for instant, reliable ignition.
Each standard oven provides 35,000 BTU's (10 KW) with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the large flame spreader distributes heat flow evenly throughout the oven cavity. Each oven has a porcelainized oven bottom liner for easy cleaning and aluminized sides, rear, top, and door lining. One chrome oven rack accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.
