Bring steakhouse-quality results to your kitchen with the Imperial 60" Steakhouse Charbroiler. Ten 20,000 BTU/hr. (6 KW) stainless steel burners are located every 6" (152) with individual controls. The 3 position cooking grate creates three heat zones providing a wide range of cooking temperatures. Use the "Easy Tilt" handle to adjust the cooking grate, giving you the flexibility to sear, finish or hold at the perfect temperature. Select from cast iron or stainless steel radiants to heat the cast iron grates. Each top grate blade has a cast-in grate trough that allows excess fat to flow to the front grease gutter minimizing flare-ups. Four top grate options are also available.
The stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge provide durability, professional appearance and easy maintenance, and stainless steel seams are welded and polished for lasting strength. The fully insulated cooktop conserves energy and maintains consistent heat. A full-width grease gutter
and removable 3" (76) wide grease can are also included.
