Five high-production burners produce a total of 250,000 BTU's (73 KW) and assure even heat distribution for fully cooked chickens and provide a fast heat recovery for high production in peak hours. The 48" wide (1219) x 36" deep (914) cooking surface includes a non-stick cooking top grate made of round rods designed for chicken and the cooking surface holds up to 15 three-pound chickens at once for maximum productivity.
The stainless steel front and sides provide durability, professional appearance and easy maintenance, and stainless steel seams are welded and polished for lasting strength. The four legs are also welded to the broiler body.
