The Imperial Gas Chinese Range is engineered for high-output, high-efficiency cooking, delivering the intense heat and versatility required for traditional Asian cuisine.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, top, landing ledge, high backsplash, and pipe rack, this unit offers exceptional durability and a sleek, professional look. It includes four wok holes to accommodate the burners of your choice. Select from three standard burner styles:
• Three-ring burner with 110,000 BTU (32 kW) output. A minimum 16" (406) diameter hole is required.
• Anti-clogging 18 tip jet burner with 125,000 BTU (37 kW) output.
• 23 tip jet burner has a 125,000 BTU (37 kW) output
A 32 tip jet burner with 160,000 BTU (47 kW) output is an available option and requires a minimum 20" (508 mm) hole diameter.
Knee level "L" shaped handles are standard with jet burners to conveniently adjusts gas, keeping hands free for cooking. All burners have continuous pilots for instant ignition. The water-cooled top and built-in drain system help control surface temperature, reducing heat buildup and creating a safer, more efficient cooking environment. Choose between automatic or manually-controlled Chinese swing faucets, designed for convenient pot filling and cleaning.
