The Imperial Pro Series Fryer Drain Station is crafted with a stainless steel front, door, and sides for long-lasting performance. It measures 30.5" wide (775) and is designed to be paired with Imperial's 40 and 50 lb fryers. It includes a dump pan and food warmer to prevent fried food from cooling. Its fully welded and polished seams ensure strength and easy cleaning. The drain station can be located anywhere within a battery of fryers within a fryer filter system and the cabinet serves as additional storage when located at the end of the battery.
