Imperial's 60" wide High Efficiency Countertop Griddle provides the performance and versatility your kitchen needs. Each infrared burner delivers 30,000 BTU (9 kW) of cooking power across the 24" deep steel cooking surface. Burners are positioned every 12" for maximum heat coverage, and a Renau controller individually controls each temperature zone. A built-in alarm alerts if the temperature is +/- 25 degrees, ensuring consistent cooking results.
The stainless steel griddle makes cleaning easy while providing a sleek, professional appearance. It also features a stainless steel grease gutter, removable high-capacity grease pan and 4" stainless steel legs.
