Built for performance and durability, Imperial’s 36" (914) wide Gas Step-Up Hot Plate features six powerful 32,000 BTU (9 kW) PyroCentric™ burners, three in the front and three raised in the back, with a 7,000 BTU simmer option for precise heat control. The anti-clogging, lift-off burners are equipped with a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The heavy duty cast-iron sectioned top grates remove easily. The stainless steel front, sides and ledge ensure durability and a professional look. Heavy-duty 4" (102) adjustable legs are also included.

- PyroCentric™ 32,000 BTU 9KW Anti-clogging lift-off burner heads for even, high performance cooking is standard. All burners are equipped with continuous pilots for instant ignition.

- Grate design allows pots to slide from section to section and accommodates a full range of cooking utensils.
