Imperial’s 12" Wide Add-a-Unit Gas Range delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it features two 40,000 BTU’s (12KW) cast iron anti-clogging burners. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. Grates are flush mount with the landing ledge for full use of top surface, allowing pots to slide easily from section to section. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling. The unit is modular and has no base.
- Both floor model (XB) and modular/countertop (M) styles are available
- Common front landing ledges are available as an option with both styles to create a seamless line-up
