Imperial’s 36" Wide Electric Wafer Plate Range delivers innovation, superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features one 12”w X 12”d (305 x 305) thermostatic controlled wafer plate in front, and a 13”d (330) plate in the rear. The 3.75 KW heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) and provide a maximum temperature of 650ºF (343ºC) to heat food up to 50% faster. Each Hot Top features a highly polished 12”W (457) plate that provides even heat across the entire surface. This unit is modular and does not include a base.
