Imperial’s 36" Wide Electric Wafer Plate Range delivers innovation, superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features two 12”w X 12”d (305 x 305) thermostatic controlled wafer plates in front, and two 13”d (330) plates in the rear. The 3.75 KW heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) and provide a maximum temperature of 650ºF (343ºC) to heat food up to 50% faster. round plate elements with easy-to-clean surface. The solid top prevents spills from entering unit, making clean-up easy. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. The Hot Top features one highly polished 12”W (457) plate that provides even heat across the entire surface. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. Each 5.3 KW convection oven features a ¼ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. The oven interior measures 26½”w x 22½” d x 14” h (673 x 572 x 356) and is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. Includes a three position switch for cooking or cool down, electronic ignition system, and three chrome oven racks.
