Imperial’s 24" Wide Add-a-Unit Gas Range delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it features four 40,000 BTU/hr (12KW) cast iron anti-clogging burners. Grates are flush mount with the landing ledge for full use of top surface, allowing pots to slide easily from section to section. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. Each burner includes a standing pilot for instant, reliable ignition.This unit is modular and does not include a base.
