Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it features a 36" wide griddle with a 1" thick polished griddle plate and 30,000 BTU/hr (9KW) every 12 inches. Includes a 3” (76) wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling, while the removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. Each Provection oven provides a powerful 52,000 BTU's (15 KW) and the ½ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. Includes an Ametek thermostat control system, cool down feature, stainless steel exterior and porcelain interior, and three chrome oven racks.
