Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it features a Plancha top. The heavy-duty griddle features a ½” thick polished griddle plate measuring 28” w (711) x 22½” d (571) and two 15,000 BTU/hr (4KW) output burners. It creates a versatile heat pattern on plate for cooking flexibility. Includes a grease gutter on three sides and removable grease can for easy cleaning. Each standard oven provides 40,000 BTU's/hr (12 KW) with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. The oven interior is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. Chrome oven rack accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.
