Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it features a Plancha top. The heavy-duty griddle features a ½” thick polished griddle plate measuring 28” w (711) x 22½” d (571) and two 15,000 BTU/hr (4KW) output burners. It creates a versatile heat pattern on plate for cooking flexibility. Includes a grease gutter on three sides and removable grease can for easy cleaning.One open cabinet for extra storage is also included.
