Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it features a 36" wide radiant broiler with individually controlled 15,000 BTU/hr (4KW) stainless steel burners located every 6” (152). Heavy-duty cast iron top grates provide attractive char-broiler markings, and each 3 inch (76) section is removable for easy and safe cleaning. The slanted cooking surface provides a range of cooking temperatures. A full width grease gutter and large capacity removable drip pan is also included. Each standard oven provides 40,000 BTU's/hr (12 KW) with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. The oven interior is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. Chrome oven rack accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.
