Imperial's 16 gal (60 L) Pasta Rinse Station is designed to complement the IPC-18 Pasta Cooker. Use the station to rinse the excess pasta starch and stop the pasta cooking process. The vessel tubes and sides are robotically welded stainless steel to virtually eliminate leaks and the full bottom chassis provides structural support. A chrome plated swing arm hot/cold faucet is also available.
