Imperial’s 60" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 10 Pyrocentric 32,000 BTU anti-clogging burners. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. A large 3.5” landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handlining, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for levelining on uneven floors. The cast-iron burners allow pots to slide easily from section to section. They also lift-off easily, and require no gaskets or screws—making cleaning and maintenance fast and hassle-free. Each burner includes a standing pilot for instant, reliable ignition.
Each standard oven provides 35,000 BTU's (10 KW) with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. Each oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining, one chrome oven rack and accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side. Each convection oven provides 30,000 BTU's (9 KW) and the ½ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. Includes a three position switch for cooking or cool down, and three chrome oven racks.
