Imperial’s 60" Wide Electric Range delivers superb performance and reliability for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 10 2.6 KW round plate elements with easy-to-clean surface. Plates are 9” (229) diameter for maximum pan contact. The top design helps prevent spills from entering unit, making clean-up easier. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
Each 5.3 KW convection oven features a ¼ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. The oven interior measures 26½”w x 22½” d x 14” h (673 x 572 x 356) and is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. Includes a three position switch for cooking or cool down, electronic ignition system, and three chrome oven racks.
