Engineered for consistent baking, roasting, and finishing, the Imperial Double Deck Convection Ovens deliver even heat, efficient operation, and long-lasting performance — perfect for busy commercial kitchens. Each oven includes a 30,000 BTU (9 KW) linear burner to ensure consistent heating throughout the oven cavity and a 1/4 hp blower motor ensures products cook quickly and evenly with less shrinkage.
The oven interior measures 26-1/2" W x 22 1/2" D x 14" H (673 x 572 x 356 mm) and three chrome oven racks are included in each oven. Use the three position switch for cooking or cool down, and the fan shuts off automatically when the door is open. Porcelainized sides, rear, deck, and door lining and curved corners help make cleanup quick and easy. The heavy-duty door hinge and stamped inner door liner provide extra strength and optimal heat retention.
