Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the 36 inch range match radiant broiler has three 20,000 BTU burners, a slanted top grate and heavy-duty cast iron top grates to provide attractive charbroiler markings. Each standard oven provides 35,000 BTU's (10 KW) with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. Each oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining, one chrome oven rack and accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.

- Removable, reinforced cast iron radiants prevent clogging of burners and provide even broiling.
