Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the 36 inch range match radiant broiler has three 20,000 BTU burners, a slanted top grate and heavy-duty cast iron top grates to provide attractive charbroiler markings. Each Provection oven provides a powerful 52,000 BTU's (15 KW) and the ½ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. Includes an Ametek thermostat control system, cool down feature, stainless steel exterior and porcelain interior, and three chrome oven racks.

- Burners are located every 6” (152 mm) with individual controls.
- Removable, reinforced cast iron radiants prevent clogging of burners and provide even broiling.
