Imperial’s 60" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 4 Pyrocentric 32,000 BTU anti-clogging burners. The radiant broiler features individually controlled 15,000 BTU/hr (4KW) stainless steel burners located every 5” (127). Heavy-duty cast iron top grates provide attractive char-broiler markings, and each 3 inch (76) section is removable for easy and safe cleaning. The slanted cooking surface provides a range of cooking temperatures. Each top grate blade has a cast-in grease trough that allows excess fat to flow to the front grease gutter, minimizing flare-ups. A full width grease gutter and large capacity removable drip pan is also included. A large 3.5” landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.Each standard oven provides 35,000 BTU's (10 KW) with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. Each oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining, one chrome oven rack and accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side.
