Imperial’s 36" Wide Electric Range delivers superb performance and reliability for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 6 2.6 KW round plate elements with easy-to-clean surface. Plates are 9” (229) diameter for maximum pan contact. The top design helps prevent spills from entering unit, making clean-up easier. Each standard oven features a high-performance 5.3 KW elements for even heating throughout the oven interior. It also includes a heavy duty thermostat with temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C) and the unique baffle above the element distributes heat flow for more even cooking temperatures. The oven’s chef depth interior measures 26½”w x 26” d x 14” h (673 x 660 x 356) and is porcelainized, providing better browning and easier cleaning. The chrome oven rack accommodates standard sheet pans from front-to-back and side-by-side. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
