Imperial’s 36" Wide Electric Wafer Plate Range delivers innovation, superb performance and reliability for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features three 12”w X 12”d (305 x 305) thermostatic controlled wafer plates in front, and three 13”d (330) plates in the rear. The 3.75 KW heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) and provide a maximum temperature of 650ºF (343ºC) to heat food up to 50% faster. The solid top prevents spills from entering unit, making clean-up easy. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
