Imperial’s 48" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 8 Pyrocentric 32,000 BTU anti-clogging burners with two standard ovens. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. A large 3.5” landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. The cast-iron burners allow pots to slide easily from section to section. They also lift-off easily, and require no gaskets or screws—making cleaning and maintenance fast and hassle-free. Each burner includes a standing pilot for instant, reliable ignition. Each Provection oven provides a powerful 52,000 BTU's (15 KW) and the ½ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. Includes an Ametek thermostat control system, cool down feature, stainless steel exterior and porcelain interior, and three chrome oven racks. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included.
