Imperial’s 72" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features a 1” thick griddle with 20,000 BTU/hr (6KW) burners, each located every 12” (305) of griddle surface and includes a 3” (76) wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. A large 3.5” landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. Each convection oven provides 30,000 BTU's (9 KW) and the ½ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. Includes a three position switch for cooking or cool down, and three chrome oven racks. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included.
