Designed for high-performance cooking, the Imperial Tempura Wok Range delivers powerful heat and precision control for a variety of Asian dishes.
The range is powered by a 90,000 BTU (26 KW) output 16" (406) 3-ring burner, with two adjustable gas valves for the inner and outer rings, allowing heat control from a gentle simmer to full flame. Each range is made from fully welded stainless steel with an 8" (203) high cylinder to concentrate heat. Wok top removes easily for cleaning and features a roll-front edge for smooth pan movement.
