Designed for high-performance cooking, the Imperial Hi-Temp Stock Pot Range delivers extreme heat and precision control for a variety of dishes.
The 18" wide (457) range features an anti-clogging 18 tip jet burner with 125,000 BTU (37 KW) output for intense cone-shaped heat. The burner has a continuous pilot for instant ignition and the "L" shaped gas control valve provides maximum control. Each range is made from fully welded stainless steel for durability and the reinforced cast iron grate removes easily for cleaning.

- Burner utilizes two adjustable gas valves for the inner and outer rings.
